Petition for CBRS in Alabama

Thank you for your support! We are proud to announce that we have won our battle for babies born still in Alabama. In memory of Faith Tomczak and Luke Bebawy, the law in Alabama has been changed as of June 9, 2011. Every baby born still 20wks or more in 2007 and after can receive a Certificate of Birth Resulting in Stillbirth starting January 3, 2012.

About Me

Faithsmom: I am proudly a mother of five-Nash,15;Krista,11; Grace,7; Faith my beautiful angel in heaven bornstill after 35 1/2 weeks under my heart, and her beautiful gift to us, my rainbow, Hope who is now 2 1/2. I have always wanted to be a mom, but never did I think I would have to say hello and goodbye in an instant to my precious little girl. I live for all my children, but losing Faith threw me into a darkness that I didn't think I could find my way through. Faith reached out her hand in the darkness and has shown me the way and guided me through the pain. She has blessed me with her guidance,love, and so many gifts. Her gift to our family, Hope has brought us all back to life. Showing us that even after life knocks you to your knees, you can find joy. My kids are my inspiration. They have shown me how to persevere and to never stop laughing and loving your way through life. Thank you to my husband of 14 years, Kevin for always picking me up when I fall. We have had the best and worst of times, but our love for each other always shines through. Thank you Faith for showing us what is important in life and helping us find our way back to each other.
